I'm Astrid — a Shopify developer, not an agency. When you chat on this site, you're talking to me, and I'm the one who does the work. No account managers, no handoffs to whoever's free, no finding out three weeks in that "your developer" changed.

That's the entire org chart, and it's the product. The person who diagnoses your problem writes your proposal, does the work, sends you constant updates and progress reports as the work happens, and answers when something needs answering — because they're all the same person. If that ever stops being true, this page will say so.

80+ Shopify stores delivered and 30+ custom Shopify apps built — from one-day fixes to app integrations, big builds, and full redesigns. Custom app development is the work I do most: when no off-the-shelf app fits, I build the one that does. That includes apps approved through Shopify's own app review — real, reviewed experience with Shopify's APIs, themes, and merchant workflows, checked by Shopify rather than claimed by me.

Behind every one of those projects sits the same guarantee: a written proposal priced to the project's scope, work on an unpublished theme copy, and delivered as proposed — or made right, with a refund for anything I can't make match.

Availability, honestly

I'm one person in the Pacific timezone (Vancouver). During my working hours I typically reply within a couple of hours; overnight, you're first in the queue when I start. No fake "online now" dot — just honest timezones.
